Built out of frustration
We tried using excel, too. And to a point it is a great application. Its flexibility seems perfect for modeling, but that freedom comes at a steep price. As our models became more complex, our excel documents began to look like a server rack with no cable management - ‘things’ everywhere and no control. We spent an enormous amount of time building, fixing, iterating and then re-building them, taking precious time away from other more important tasks. That’s why we built Simulario, to remove at least some of the stress you’re all feeling as you build your businesses.
Using data to make choices
We built Simulario to make data-based decisions that replaced gut feelings with evidence. They reduce bias and improve objectivity, leading to more predictable and consistent outcomes. By analysing relevant data, we identify trends, uncover hidden risks and optimise planning, ultimately increasing the likelihood of achieving the desired result.
Data drives intelligent action and we didn’t know just how impactful one decision was until we modelled the scenarios.

Startups face limited time, limited money and limited reach, and every decision can be make or break. It’s common most Startups fail, we are here to improve those odds. So our models are built for Startups, they will be iterated based on feedback from Startups, and they will benefit Startups.

Our platform is meant to scale with your operations. True you might just be getting started and you want to know how hiring impacts your company longetivity, but if you grow, your requirements will change. Having a customer-centric platform with simulation models for different requirements means as you scale, so do we. If you want something modelling we don’t have, all you need to do is submit a request and we will work with you on it - no extra fee.
Huge Backlog
We have a huge backlog of over +200 individual models that we are prioritising and building, and you can submit requests for more. We have a community feedback portal where models can be ranked by what is important to you. If you want a custom model, we can work with you on that.
